House of Blues is opposite and the food is very good. We make sure we visit at least once each trip!

Make sure you book for the House of Blues, it gets busy. Best steak I have ever eaten was there recently.
Regards, Mark
We tried to book for House of Blues when we went to see Cirque in February and they wouldnt let us, said just to come to be seated when we were ready. Needless to say we ate elsewhere!

We did the show at Christmas, it was brilliant. However we did the meal before the show, and went to Fultons crab house and the meal was great. It was a special birthday for my Dad and it was such a great day. Nothing could have been better.![]()
There are quite a few restaurants in the area, the ones at Westside being nearer to Cirque and the Marketplace ones a little further away.
Westside choices include: Bongos Cuban Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Wolfgand Puck Cafe and House of Blues
Marketplace choices include: Rainforest Cafe, Fultons Carb House, Portobello Yacht Club and Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant.
I cannot personally recommend all of these as I have not been to some of them but you can always review them if you do a search on google. I can however recommend Cirque, you will have a fabulous time.

I can recommend Rainforest Cafe and Fultons Crab House as they are the 2 I have been to. We combined Rainforest with Cirque du Soleil and had a fantastic time. We've been there a few more times and also Fulton's and the food and service in both places is great. Both can be very busy though so book if you can.
Thanks for all replies. Would you say that Rainforest cafe is really for young children? We only have 1 child who is 14, the rest are adults.
We tried to book somewhere at Easter, but were told that none of the Downtown Disney restaurants took bookings - they were all 'walk ins'. After the show we went straight to Planet Hollywood (which is the one we thought we'd try) and were told it was a one and a half hour wait! We assumed the other restaurants would be similar, so we just went back to the car and went off elsewhere!
