choosing a villa - feedback to adverts

after placing my initial enquiry i got many replies pretty much all at once Mark and worked my way through them (i think i got around 40 replies, some of which where discarded straight away as they did not meet my wish list for the villa to be backing onto conservation or lake)

any questions i did ask of the owner i felt that 3-5 days was a reasonable amount of time to wait for a reply, i will be totally honest through here and say that the ones who took well over a week to get back to me with a answer to a simple question such as "which way does your pool face?", well they got taken off the shortlist too

i was straightforward with emails and if a villa was on my very short list (in particular the final 5 villas) then i told the owner that so they knew i was seriously considering their villa and not just asking questions for the sake of it

This should show the map of Kissimmee, then you put your villa address in and click on aerial and it should come up. But I have not found a way of saving it.

For some reason my map does not work. Strange as my original one did. Not sure what is different. It will come up with the map, but not the 3d aerial shot [msnsad]

Well we have a link to an online map service on our website which does show where the villa is in relation to any roads, but I am going to have a good look at the live bit and see if that would we should have a link to that as well!

if owners could dm each other about maps then hopefully this topic will stay where it is for other villa guests to add their feedback on villas and their adverts, replies etc;

it would be a shame if it got moved to an owners only area where guests couldn't add comments or further posts[msnsmile]

Just a final owner note here: you cannot just copy the aeriel shots off online sites like you seem to be suggesting as they will be copyrighted. It's no different to stealing text and pictures off another owners site. I'd be upset if I found my hard work stolen for someone else's monetary gain and I suspect Microsoft / Google would too [msnsad].
