Easter 2007

My 12 year old son is going over to his grandparents tomorrow for the week [msnsmile2] My daughter is off to Bournmouth tomorrow with her girl friends, for the weekend. My 15 year old son is feeling a bit sorry for himself as he only has good friday and easter monday off school. So to cheer him up he wants me to take him shopping [msnscared]. So the house will be a little empty the weekend. Out for a meal with friends on Saturday night, but no others plans made yet !!!We may drive down to Poole and bring our jet ski back home, as we are thinking of selling !!! Probaly need the money after the shopping spree[laugh]

We are currently in Canada but will be flying back to England from New York on Easter Sunday evening. We have used Virgin air miles to upgrade to Upper Class so that will be our special Easter treat.

Bought the children a trampoline yesterday which we put up in under two hours

with enclosure and as we have good weather in the UK[msncool] for Easter we'll be in the garden[msncool]

Staying at home and working in the garden, we don't need to go away, we have the sun, sea and sand on our doorstep.

Probably go and see MIL sometime over the weekend if we can face the traffic going off Hayling Island. Last night we should have gone off the Island to have dinner with friends but had to cancel because the road was closed as there had been a major accident. That is the one down side living where there is only one road on and off.

We are spending time at our caravan overlooking the sea in Perranporth, Cornwall. The sun has been shining since last Monday and is forecast to last all over the weekend so I am topping up the tan before leaving for Florida in just over 2 weeks.[clap]

Family coming tomorrow, so off for lunch at the local hostelry on the beach, then Easter Egg hunt for the children and Easter Bonnet competition. Looking forward to a great family day. [easter2]
