    General Enquiry Apology

    I just wanted to apologise to any villa owners who replied to my general enquiry yesterday because for some reason they did not reach me and I got this message instead...........

    Returned mail: permanent problems with the remote server

    I have informed John by email but wanted to say sorry anyway[msnsmile]

    I did get approx 14 replies but all had the error message (Returned mail: permanent problems with the remote server) and no villa details were avavilable just the email address[msnsad]

    They all came through at the same time too which is why I think there was a problem? and I should let you know.[msnsad]

    I've had that response to a general enquiry before but because I also received 'proper' replies as well, I just presumed that the error was on the villa enquiry end - i.e. some villa owners email addresses were out of date. I think I got about 10 of these 'error' replies.

    Funny you shoud mention this Julie, I have had some problems recently when replying, only the email adress came up and no text which is not normal, I lost about 4 enquiries. A glitch which seems to have been fixed now though.
