    Hi O.O.B
As far as I am concerned three years wouldnt be enough!! there is no end of things to do in Florida so concentrate on your main areas of interest,do schedule in some rest days especially if you are in a Villa, they are a great contrast to the parks and you can really recharge the batteries.Prepare a short list of your real desires and spread those over the three weeks, then fill in the remainder with rest days, then other lower priority trips until you have a full itinerary then put it away and relax, and look forward to the best holiday ever

In december 2001 we stayed at a rental home for two weeks, with an actual park time of 10 days it wasn't enough to cover even all of WDW and we never got around to any of the other parks.
This next jan I rented a villa for 4 weeks in january, hopefully it will give us enough time with breaks to see Universal, Sea World etc and have time to rest up. What I really missed out on was any of the water parks but my kids were just plain happy at the homes pool.
