HELP!!!!!

Hi everyone, Since joining I've been reading all of the different
forums and have found a great deal of info. But I need HELP now. I'm in the process of booking my Villa in Orlando, I've contacted the owner and have to fill-in the booking forum(NO Problem), I need to send him the booking fee(this is the problem). I do not want to use my credit card, reason being I'm trying to consolidate my debt and if I use the card it will throw everything off. Is there some way I can use a check, money order or traveler's cheques for this payment and for the remaining balance? Please tell me I'm not behind the [8]. Oh, the Villa's owner is in the U.K. Please, Please Help

Why don't you ask the villa owner if they are able to take US checks sent to there management company or paid direct into there US bank account? I'm sure if you e-mail the villa owner they will be only to willing to help.

Either that or quite a few owners will let you send the check direct to their US bank and then will be able to see on their online banking when the check has cleared and they can formally confirm your booking.

The owner should be able to also accept a money order or a check sent to them in the UK (which they will then forward to their US bank).

Either way I'm sure the owner will be more thn happy to fit in with whatever suits you.

Thank-you Mark, The Villa owner sent me all the information I needed to send the booking fee to his bank in Orlando. Being new to this sort of thing, I didn"t realize how very helpful the Villa Owners are or how willing to help. Thanks again, I can't wait to go to Orlando!!

I can't thank everyone enough for all of the information provide on this forum, I'm so glad I found it. I e-mailed my Villa owner just as Mark suggested, he in return sent me all the info I needed, filled in the booking form last night and received booking reference number this morning with a confirmation of our dates. My family is so excited. That's why I think all of you are angels Thank-you again,
