Just wandered if anyone on here, is with Bt for their internet connection?
We are, we have so many problems too!! We have a wireless router, which works well and everything was going fine, until last Wednesday, when I noticed that our internet speed was very, very slow!! After a while, I got onto Bt to explain our situation, they tried to say, it was the wireless router and we should contact Belkin, By the way, we had been on the phone to them for nearly an hour for them to figure this out!!
Then we get a phonecall back, from Bt, explaining, that it seems to be a problem with their line and nothing to do with the router!!

Anyway, it went fine the next day, eventually getting, slower and slower.
So we took the plunge and phoned again yesterday, I was on the phone for a good half hour, with no luck, I was told to unscrew my phones external socket and plug the router, directly into the internal socket, I refused to mess and told them I would get hubby to do it later. Hubby did this when he got in from work, still no better, so he then phoned, he was on the phone for 2 hours!! It seemed to be working again, until he put the phone down. So I have had to phone again today[msnmad] I was on the phone for another 40 minuites, I have lost track of hours wasted now!! I have other things to do with my life. What annoys me most of all is, that I have to pay for these phone calls[msnmad] 3p a minute, plus I cannot hardly understand a thing that any of them say. I have now been told to try my internet speed every 2 hours and if it gets no better, to ring them back!!
Has anyone else had this problem?
