    self tanning

not long now til my florida holiday [msnsmile2] and i'd like to go out with a little bit of colour

i was wondering can anyone recommend a self tanning product that is suitable for very light skin and that is idiot proof when it comes to application

i'm looking for more of a natural sunkissed look rather than a brown deep golden tan, being a redhead i have very pale skin and don't normally tan as such so anything too dark tends to look like i haven't been washed[msnembarrased]

I would recommend a spray tan, look good and make you feel good too, and the level of colour can be chosen on application.

I think the spray tans are great too Mizzy, although I always go in the booth ones. Very fool proof and I didn't end up like Ross in Friends.[msnwink]

I have used the Dove summer glow, and it just take the white off if you want or if you use it a bit longer, will go darker. Just make sure you wash your hands straight after. It good as its a moisturer as well you can use it after you shower in the US as well now and again to keep your own tan from peeling early

Yep, third recommendation for Dove. You can moisturise at the same time! [msnwink]

The thing you need to remember most is to exfoliate and moisturise well the day before. I have had a couple of mishaps around the ankle and knee areas so have learnt my lesson.

I can vouch for the Dove, but also Clarins and Lancome do some good ones.
