We have booked our car through this site but this time with Budget. Do we collect the car over in the multi storey same as we did with Dollar last year??

Yes, Budget are located in the multi-storey car park. I don't think you'll get to choose your vehicle - they will just allocate you one and tell you the bay number to pick it up from.

Not bothered about choosing the car,thats good. Know where we are going at least.
