The buyers are only 40 odd miles away in Henley.

All went through on Thursday.

Feel kind of weird about it all - feel a bit 'redundant' now. There is definitely something missing!!!!

Still waiting for my 10% withholding tax from the title company - takes about 3 months for the IRS to clear.

Once this comes through then it is really all over.
