    Ever seen anyone you know??

The second time I went to Orlando, I was putting my bag in the locker under the Hulk ride in IOA, when a girl tapped me on the shoulder. Turns out she had just started the same 6th form college as me.

Also, when my sisters friend went in 2000, she was seated next to my basketball coach in a restaurant.

    It's such a small world!!

A few years ago first thing of a morning we were just parking at Magic Kingdom and in the next but one car were people we knew from the childrens swimming club.

We had no idea they were even going to Orlando.[msneek]

While at Gatorland a few years ago we heard a shout from behind us and lo and behold a old friend of ours and his family were there, then a year later we were at the Florida Mall and had decided to have an early lunch in the food court, as we walk through who should we bump into? another family who we knew very well but had`nt seen for a while.
We have lived in the same area all our lives and rarly see anyone who we know while we are at the local shopping centre, pub or event strange eh ?

The first time we went to Floria we bumped into a family that live just round the corner to us in the wave pool at Wet n Wild.

The 3rd time we went we were at Busch Gardens and who should walk pass us but the same family again. It certainly is a small world.

We went to Busch Gardens a few years ago and ran into 2 separate sets of Philip's patients. Then my brother in law and his wife went and got friendly with a couple and their children only to discover after a few days that they lived about half a mile away from their home!

On my first visit to Disney in 1987 I was standing by Thunder Mountain Railroad when someone slapped me on the bottom! I turned around ready to give them a piece of my mind and then realised it was the clerk from the local gas depot that I dealt with on a day to day basis whilst at work. He was there with all his family.

That was in the days before so many people traveled from the UK.

Its always difficult to place people when you see them out of context. I sometimes wonder if I would recognise even the most familiar people!!

We were staying on the Gulf Coast and ran into a family we know quite well, husband once worked with mine and boys were in the same class a year or so earlier

They were having the holiday of a lifetime and travelling round Florida staying somewhere different each night

It was lucky that they took the holiday when they did as the wife was diagnosed with a brain tumour shortly after and sadly died within a year

We met some friends from work at Universal. We didn't know they would be in Florida then. We also met some retired work colleeges in Florida Mall. They had moved to North of Orlando for part the year and just fancied a trip to the mall on the same day as us

We bumped into our next door neighbours in the Macdonalds at Downtown Disney, we had only nipped in to shelter from the rain and were amazed to see them as we didn't even realise they were going on holiday the same time as us. Two day's later we saw them again in Animal Kingdom. It's definately a small world.
