In one of the papers Stuart brought home from work was a letter from a person who lives in Richmond. Richmond council have also jumped on the 'green with envy' tax hike system and are wanting to charge anyone who they deem drives a car better than the one they own will have to pay considerably extra for a parking permit. The result of this is that houses with drives and garages are now going up in price at a much greater ratethan before and becoming much sought after, therefore fuelling house price inflation.
