I recognised your name too - good to hear you enjoyed Florida. I'm sure renting a villa with young children, you will appreciate the space it gives a family. Have fun planning a trip. [8D]
Hi Lucinda I also recognised your name Glad you enjoyed Florida With young children a villa is ideal Its home fom home Enjoy planning your next trip[msnsmile2][msnsmile]
Welcome back Lucinda and glad you had a good first trip. If you enjoyed your holiday this time, just think how much micer it will be with a villa, you can tuck the little ones safely into bed, and then relax on the pool deck with a monitor and enjoy the warm evenings to swim or chill out with your other half, can't do that with an hotel room can you?
Welcome back Lucinda, i also recognised your name. I am sure a villa would be more ideal with your young family. Enjoy searching !!!!

Thanks everyone...but you all are scaring me, all this "Recognizing your name", you guys stalking me?? LOL Just joking!
Well am narrowing my search down, and everytime I do I get another email with a beautiful home that makes me go hmmmmmm, lol. DH said on the phone he will make the decision when he gets back ( he's a truck driver) but I am not letting that happen. He will find the LOWEST price and take it no matter what or where it is, so I am stacking the deck and kind of "deleting" those I dont want him to see, lol.![]()
hi lucinda, as you probably know cheapest isnt always the best i was in a conversation on another forum a few days ago and they were talking about illegal unlicensed properties which quite often "are cheaper" because they dont pay any taxes etc, and the florida state are trying to clamp down on these homes, and it wouldnt be impossible that the guests in the home at the time could be evicted, also they usually dont have insurance either, so always ask the owners if they are licensed, i also have guests who have stayed with us and said the freedom a villa gives them especially when you like to spend a day relaxing how can you in a hotel room, or even round their pool you have to be with small childen constantly. a villa you have the safety fence and you know they wont get near to the pool without you. you are definitly wise to take these peoples advice and only you will know which home is right for you, but dontforget to ask loads of questions if you like because owners dont mind and if they dont know they are bound to find out for you pat
