which community should we choose

Hi, we're trying to decide which community we should choose.

We'd like a modern community with no building works or disturbances, a childrens playground, to feel safe and easy travelling distances to the main theme parks.

We'd really appreciate your help as we feel we're going round in circles as there is so much choice.

On the enquiry form on the above sites there is a box for comments or special requests. Just put your requests into this box and ask the owners who reply to explain how they fit your wish list.

The great news about having all that choice is that you get the community that is right for you and your family, which might not necessarily be the same as someone else's first choice.

Do as Steve says and put your 'must haves' in the comments box and you can short list a few from there and then get back in touch with the owners for more details after that.

There is no easy answer to this one Helen but you will be spoiled for choice and booking with the owner through the sites mentioned you are safe in the knowledge you are renting straight from the owner through a trusted site.

Helen, it is a difficult choice you are right. Perhaps if you were to start a mini spreadsheet for yourself, and as others have said, tick your priorites, and then narrow your choices down from there. Don't be afraid to ask villa owners your specific queries any time, they will be happy you asked, I am sure!![msnsmile2]
