    ***update***

i've just had a telephone call from the vice president of customer relations at wdw in florida, he was very apologetic and he has promised to take this matter up with the executive in charge over at the water sports, he spent a good half hour double checking all my details and informing me that disney take matters such as this very seriously and whilst they cannot tell another company how to run it's organisation he can bring to light the fact that when granting a lease for sammy duvall to operate within the WDW disney they do expect them to operate their business with a certain amount of professionalism and he has assured me that once discussions have taken place then i will hear from them within 5 days

i'm not holding my breath but perhaps it may be a win for the little people after all[msnsmile]

Keep us updated, Mizzy. Its not always easy for people with no personal experience of disabilities to understand that even kids with special needs are individuals, and need to be treated as individuals, and not just pushed to one side.
