Way out West on Highway 27

Hello all,

We have just returned from a relaxing break over Christmas in Florida (the weather has been just perfect!)

We have passed this shop many times on the way to Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Estate and have finally found time to visit the 'Way out West' shop on Highway 27.

If you have time you must go in and have a look - it's full of authentic cowboy gear which is just amazing to see. There are stetsons, chaps, jackets with fringing on (you know, like in the movies) and cowboy boots. There are even cowboy boots for toddlers too. Plus, all sorts of accessories too, such as authentic horse hair braided wrist straps and belts the like you have never seen before.

Don't put it off - go in next time your passing.

We have been travelling past this shop for the last 4 years on our trips to our villa at Southern Dunes and have often wondered what it was like inside. Will definitely have a look next time we visit.

We went in in November as we wanted some different gifts for friends who are keen horseriders.

The gentleman and young lady in there were very friendly and helpful, we got some great clothing items and even some earrings for my son's girlfriend with horseshoe designs. She said these were her favourite present.

I will try this out when next over in April i love my cowboy boots and have quite a collection i have never noticed the place you are on about and hve been on the 27 many times. I will keep eyes peeled next time.[msnsmile]

I have passed it so many times on our way to our villa on Tower Lake, and every time wanted to stop. Next time we are over it is a must.
