    Julie's Days 4 to 7

IHOP again today, decided to try and eat a full breakfast this morning and ordered the sampler which I did my best to struggle through – and it was a struggle, I needed some help with it. I felt no better or worse after eating it.
More shopping at Target, Marshalls, various footwear outlets followed by a drive around just seeing what was new and enjoying the car. Bahama Breeze tonight where I had the light portion of Margherita (sp?) Chicken, which unfortunately I still had trouble eating.
Had our first trip to Premium Outlets for some retail therapy – then home for drinks and tv. By now I was starting to get hooked on deal or no deal which is different to our version. It’s pretty awful really but that didn’t stop me being fascinated by it.

Next day was a Perkins breakfast where I asked if they would let me have the seniors portion of potato pancakes as I was still not feeling 100%. A few hours by the pool while the sun shone, then once it started to cloud over we got ready to go to Mall at Millenia. Lots of children/families out in their Halloween costumes, so sat and people watched for a while. Had our meal at the fish restaurant there, I chose macadamia crusted mahi mahi with pineapple fried rice. It was lovely and not a massive portion but I still couldn’t eat it all and do it the justice it deserved [msnsad] But I did pop into Cheesecake Factory for some cheesecake “to go” for later..

Woke up to rain the next day. Feeling a bit hungrier this morning I ordered the Big Bacon Omlette at IHOP, went back to Buena Vista to spend some dollars and wait for the weather to cheer up. When it did we spent a few hours by the pool before returning to Millenia and the Cheesecake Factory where I had to have my favourite Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp. I had decided that I was just going to eat and enjoy as much as I could – I did surprisingly well, perhaps at last my appetite was returning to normal [msntongue] More cheesecake “to go”

Next morning was a sunny one – my tummy felt good but my throat was burning. Celebration for breakfast today (baked potato omelette) followed by a stroll around the lakes [sporty] [sporty] This is one of my favourite places, so peaceful and relaxed, could see myself living here and jogging round those lakes every day! We decided to leave the shops for another visit and headed home to sunbathe and relax. Had last night’s cheesecake for a snack!
Chinese again tonight, crispy honey shrimp, spicy chicken, Cantonese duck & fried rice which was as usual delicious, [msntongue] spoilt only by my extremely sore throat – was in need of medicinal whiskeys tonight [beer]

It's amazing how we all cope when we need to. Sounds like a good holiday, lots of shopping, eating and villa time. My kind of holiday.

I never order omelette in resaurants because I dread them coming out all soggy - I like them firm. How do the ones you had come out? I suppose I could ask that they make a firm one.
