Watched it from the beach yesterday - first nightime launch for over 4 years.
I have seen plenty of rockets go up - but nothing as spectacular as this. Lit up the whole area and was even a great show in Orlando according to the local TV.

We were at Epcot's Christmas Candlelight Show. Juat as the narrator was talking about a star in the sky the shuttle went off! It was so cool.
