Villa in Bradenton???

Hi

I hope you can help me with some reccomendations.

For a few years now we have been going to a family villa in Lakeland but this has just been sold.

We find when we are in Florida we spend most of out time in and around Tampa area. We also recently discovered Sarasota.

So we are looking for a Villa just South of Tampa. We have been thinking of Bradenton.

Does anyone know any nice Villa to rent there?

Renting in Sarasota county for less than a month is difficult as only some of the barrier islands have excemptions and can rent weekly. Unless you are staying 30 days or more why not look slightly further south in Charlotte County which has lovely areas such as Cape Haze, Englewood/Rotonda and Port Charlotte. There are some lovely villas on Orlando Villas from here[8D]

But Bradenton is in Manatee County and the County does not impose any rental restrictions.

There are several communities where there are plentiful unrestricted rental properties available.
