day before checkin thomson/my travel @ gatwick

First time we've flown charter to florida and when checking out where we had to checkin and at what time etc, we found that flights with thomsonfly,my travel (and a couple more which i cannot remember) to florida if departing before midday from Gatwick can now check in the night before. This facility is available upto 10pm, and they give you a voucher for your short term car park if you buy something from one of the shops. as Gatwick short stay is £3.80 per hour, this was an added bonus, and also as we hadn't pre-booked seats we got a window seat aswell.

We flew with Thomsonfly in October and used their 'evening before checkin'. Excellent service and well worth getting rid of the suitcases the night before. Also means you get longer in bed the next morning!!

Charter flights seem to be giving better choices nowadays. They are really trying to help and add more flexibility. Still wouldn't book a villa with them, but certainly look at flights.
