Thank you so much for posting the lovely Firework display.

This is a great way for my husband to see some of Florida and the events as he is not able to travel due to poor health.

I really do love a Fireworks display. I wonder if I'm a surpressed pyromaniac ?

It's a Nikon D70 Pegasus. The above ones were taken with a Nikon 12-24mm lens at the 12mm end. The key part of the kit is the Gitzo tripod that locks everything up solid. It's a minor bit of faff getting it all set-up before the show but it does have the big benefit that you aren't watching the show through a viewfinder. I just put the wireless release on and snap away while watching the show. It makes for a good night.

I'm thinking I might go see the Osborne lights at MGM tonight and then if time permits hoof it back over to Epcot for another shot at the fireworks. If I can get there in good time I can get a spot at the railing and have the tripod much lower rather than having to point it over all the heads. It won't be too intrusive to anyone else that way and it means I can frame more of the lake and catch all the colours reflecting off the water as well as up in the sky. It should improve things. Fingers crossed!!
    Steve
