have a great time Pam and try not too worry too much, you only ever get one life and a holiday to florida can be expensive so you enjoy every bit of it mrs[clap][clap][clap]

my weight gain wasn't too bad from when i got back and i ate lots of naughty stuff, it was the easter and the children being off that topped up those lbs[msnembarrased]

let us know how you get on and we do expect a food/trip report when you get back[msnwink][msnsmile2]

Hi all, stayed the same yesterday, but realised too late I had put a different prothesis on which weighs 1lb more, so have a little in hand for next week's weigh in! Been trying to stick to the SE, although didn't manage it today and had a green day but back on track tomorrow.

Hi everyone- Long time since I posted -I haven't been to class since the fiasco with the scales as the person I took was away on holiday so I didn't feel the 26 mile round trip was worth it just to be weighed .
However she is now back and raring to get back to class so we went last night and since the 14th March I have only put on 1/2 lb so am still within my target range and really pleased as I was very naughty last week and ate half a Waitrose Toffee and Pecan Roulade that had my name written all over it [msnembarrased] as well as going out for birthday meals so it seems to be under control as I am still 21/2lbs under my target.

Have been back running for the past 3 weeks -I had to stop as I lost my insoles I have to run when we moved and had to wait for new ones as otherwise my knee kills me -so am now back most mornings going around 6k it has been really beautiful running weather.

Julie the natural licquorice you had- is this the Australian stuff you can buy in Lake land by any chance -as we had someone asking about it last night regarding syn values -have you any idea -or anyone else for that matter as I would make a trip to Salisbury to get some if it is ok as I love the stuff.

Keep up the good work gals and boys [clap][clap]

Janny the natural licquorice I'm eating at the moment is the one from Lakeland but because I don't get that often I usually have the Panda one.
I have no idea how good/bad it is syn wise perhaps Julie or Mizzy can help us out there? I'm just working on theory it must be better than sweets or chocolate [msnwink]

Mizzy hope you're feeling better today?? [grouphug]

    Yesterday's food

    porridge
    apple
    usual pitta
    activia yoghurt
    banana
beans and 2 poached eggs on wholemeal toast
    more licquorice!!!
lots of water and green tea
    Julie

Managed a slight loss this week so am relatively happy, but a tiny bit disappointed as I have been really focused. Still, better off than on! That is my last weigh in until mid June when I return from Florida.[msnscared][msnscared]

Well done Mizzy going to bed with a book!!!

Where is everyone this morning ? [msneek]

Well I have one of the kids back to school but the other one isn't back until Monday. Still managing to stick to the plan though. Off shopping today with younger sis as we need to complete our outfits for a night out tomorrow. We are going on a hen night dressed as Pink Ladies from Grease [msnembarrased]

I am thinking that the few (many) drinks we have whilst we are out may cause a bit of a hiccup in the good week I have had. Hopefully I wont do too much harm [msnoo]

Well done Sandra & Janny [clap]

Julieanne - I only know the syn value for Tesco Liquorice Twists as I eat them sometimes

    0.5 syn each

and just looked on the SW site and liquorice shapes are 4 syns for 28g

Hope everyone has a good day

    Elaine
