    Just got back from class and I have gained 1.51bs [msncry][msncry]I am SO upset, apart from Saturday night at the carvery I have been 100% this week. I really don't know what I have to do to lose weight, bearing in mind I have so much to lose, you would think that I would lose more weight than most people in class but I sit there and listen to them laughing saying that they've eaten chocolate etc etc and they still lose weight !

    Oh well have to start again tomorrow, I think I've got a completely clear week so no excuses .

    hi all, well we are home, weve been here a few days but unfortunatly our family have had a crisis going on since the weekend, and i havent really been able to focus on much else. things seem to be getting a little better, but i think it will be a while until things are sorted. i managed to get to SW tonight,but i didnt stay i couldnt face it, and weighed in at 21/2 on which all things considered isnt too bad. so i will try and start tomorrow even if i can ease in gently i will be happy. ive sat and read most of the posts since i was last on and theres a bit of a mixed bag, with losses and gains, but im sure we can all end up pulling together. i was sorry to read about the house fire, and mizzy i hope you have a great holiday dont worry about the food, you will put any weight gain right when you get home. after all you have planned this holiday for a long while, so dont spoil it worrying about your weight.well its about bed time and im up early tomorrow so i will try and get a good nights sleep to start concentrating on my food plan. pat

    Right lets start again, how about posting a food diary every day? If you don't feel like going public why not dm me with your food diary to see if I can spot where you could be unknowingly slipping up.

    As I am a SW consultant I come accross his from time to time and it may help to have fresh eyes looking over what you are eating[msnsmile2]

    One other thing write it down as soon as you eat it so you don't suffer from dieters ammesia[msnwink] It does happen to us all!!!

    We are here to help Pam so use us in what ever way helps you reach your goal[msnsmile]

    If you follow SW 100% you will loose weight[clap]

    it is really good to hear from you Sharon and i hope you start to feel better soon[grouphug]

    i'm pretty much ready to go, just got a few last minute double checking of documents and online check in etc to do tommorrow

    i have been informed in the last hour that the villa computer has not got any internet access at the minute, i am annoyed because the owner told me of the problem with his broadband provider on the 15th feb and said it would be a few days then it'll be sorted[msnmad] it'll be really hard on my oldest as we had plans and arranged for her to keep in touch with her special school and send trip reports and photos to them when she's winding down on an evening[msnsad]one of the main priorities when choosing the villa was the computer so i do feel let down[msnsad][msnsad][msnsad]

    i've been told that the MC are hoping to rectify the problem but i'm not holding my breath, they have been trying since mid feb to sort it out and getting an email a few days before we're actually due to arrive doesn't install confidence

    have to go now and i probably won't get logged on until we get back home, will miss "chatting" but will write food diary/trip report[msnwink]when i'm back home and the size of a house[msnembarrased]

    Thanks Julie[msnsmile]. I will post a food diary every day. I think I feel more upset because I have been on so many diets over the years but have never stuck to one so well and for so long before. I think the support we get on here has really helped with that.

    I've now been doing this since January 11th, before that we were probably having 3-4 takeaways a week ! but haven't had ONE since ! (The chinese will probably go bankrupt now[msnwink]) I have to do this though because I am in so much pain (back neck knees).

    we're all guilty of typing at the same time!

    Pam ,i know how disheartening it is to hear of those eating chocolate etc and not putting on but don't give up, lots of people who do overinduldge don't show it til the week after so those boasting about chocolate and other treats may not feel so great next week, you have to remember to take each week as it comes and you really have to be strong after a gain and come back out fighting, you can do this[clap][clap][clap]

    Pat M, 2.5lbs is great after 3?weeks in florida, you'll have that off in no time mrs[msnwink]

    lost another 3lbs this week [msnsmile2]just under two stone to go or maybe less as i'm going to be measured by my class leader and see if i need to lose another two stone...

    Pam - I so know how you feel. I started following the SW plan on Valentines Day and type up everything that passes my lip in a Word document every single day. I have had small losses and gains too which when I think about how I used to eat amazes me. Surely all this healthy eating and increased exercise has got to show some rewards soon [msnscared]

    It is thanks to you guys on here that I carry on - you are all an inspiration. I have tried before and quit because my weight hardly changed but this time I am far more determind and hopefully it will stay that way.

    I woke up today with the most horrendous headache so I went back to bed until after lunch time [msnembarrased] so my food diary looks like this - not my best

    Brunch - WM Nimble toasted (HE B) with marmalade (2 syns)
    Tea - Pasta Bolognese (mince HE B) and sauce and half a crusty white roll (5 syns)
    Strawberries, muller light and a meringue nest (2.5 syns)
    21g Maltesers (5.5 syns)
    Total Syns - 15

    Julie - I know I have posted some of my diaries but if you wouldn't mind having a look at what I have written so far I would like to hear you thoughts

    Well a pound on for me this week [msncry] I am moving further away from my Easter target which I now feel I have little chance of reaching. Instead of weighing myself at home I think I will now start getting weighed at the gym each week to see if this motivates me better, although that would mean an evening weigh in rather than my normal early morning time – think I need to do something different though to lose some pounds before my holiday…
