    Hi all

Well what a night as they say!! [msnsmile2] Had great fun at the Dinner Dance.

My food diary for yesterday - red i think - are you ready for this!![msnscared]

Brekkie - Nestle Clusters (HE B) with milk (HE A), a banana
Lunch - Nimble WM banana sandwich
The Rest - North Atlantic Prawns on a bed of crispy lettuce with Flakes of salmon
Parsnip, Butternut Squash and Chilli Soup
Roasted Fillet of Beef Garni with Peppercorn Sauce, Gratin Dauphinoise, Parsley New Potatoes, Asparagus Spear
    Bundles and Turned Carrots
Toffee Topolino which was Toffee ice cream on an Italian Meringue base finished with Vanilla ice cream containing
Crunchy Praline pieces topped with a rosette of soft meringue [msntongue]

I think the food fit in pretty well with a red day but not sure what damage the dessert and the drinks did but I had a fabulous time and I am 100% back on track today.

DH has just gone to pick up th kids from Grandmas so I'd better get going as we are going swimming when they return - need to undo some of the damage - [msnsmile]

    Have a great day all

    Elaine

hi all over in florida for the last 8 days, we went on a cruise for 4 days last week and had to pay to be on line so only had time to catch up with emails for the villa. it looks lke ive missed quite a lot and i will try and catch up now we are back at the villa but its not easy because we are tired when we come home at night and by the time i have caught up on enquiries i just want to flop into bed. the diet is pretty much out of the window but on the whole while we were on the cruise apart from the dessert the other courses were not too bad. and i didnt eat a lot for breakfast. we went to the cheescake factory yesterday and i only could manage an appetizer and brought my cheesecake home, i found it very sickly and could only manage to eat some of it in 2 separate attempts and i still put some in the bin. i dont know whats happening to me i must be converted or something. i used to be able to eat stuff like that for england. i think i caught julies birthday yesterday hope you had a great day julie and i will try and keep up pat
