    Julie - 7lbs off by easter plus the 1.5lbs I gained over Xmas - lost 0.5lbs so far - weigh in Tuesday
    Mizzy - 13lbs off by easter - lost 2lbs so far - weigh in Monday

    evening everyone

    food diary for today red
    dry fried egg
    bacon
    2 syn free sausages (local butchers)
    1 small slice of w/meal bread HE B
    3 litres of watetr
    2 slices w/m bread HE B
    28g chedder cheese HE A
    1 skinny cow chocolate ice cream lolly 3 1/2 sysns
    Total syns 3 1/2

    Hopefully i won't have put on too much whilst in florida but my conultant asked what i would be "happy" with and i said 3lbs max. Think about me about 12.30 monday

    Gammon steak and scrambled egg (milk from allowance)
    Home made veg soup
    Hi Fi Bar - HE
    2 tangerines
    Prawns
    Roast chicken with roasted veg.
    Lots of water.

    Unusally a red day of sorts for me...

    banana
    cheese omelette made with olive oil - HE a for the cheese and HE b for the oil
    skinny lattes x 2 HE a and 6 syns
    seared tuna steak with tomato ratatouie and green beans
    2 litres of water
    HiFi bar for later HE b
    grapes and satsumas for later

    Total 6 syns[msnwink]

    Pam it looks good but you need to have 1 or 2 HE a choices and 2 HE b choices per day[msnwink]

    welcome onboard and congratulations on your weight loss to date [clap][clap][clap] like you i felt that i had a mountain to climb when i initially joined, it's quite scary at times but i would say try to break up a large goal into smaller ones, say 1/2 stone at a time this way you'll feel less daunted and find it easier to push forward when you are having a bad week or two

    it's weigh in day for me tommorrow and i've got to say, hand on heart, i've given it 100% this week [angel] i'm rather afraid that i'll be gutted if the scales don't show a loss, i'm very bloated thanks to the little red pills[msnsad] but i have to be optomistic, i have worked hard for a loss and if the results don't show until the medication stops, then i am just going to have to accept that[msncry]

    here's todays food diary and shock, horror! another green day for me

    usual brekkie of wholemeal toast and ginger jam (2syns)
    sunday lunch, quorn lamb style grills, roasted carrots, parsnips potatoes, mashed turnip and savoy cabbage, mint sauce (no yorks pud or gravy for me today)[angel]
    yogurt and grapes to snack
    tea is undecided as i'm still full from lunch but perhaps a small veggie omelette later
    mini honeycomb bites 4 syns

    3 mile walk with Olly earlier[sporty][sporty][sporty] nearly all uphill & through muddy, slippy fields, i definately deserve a loss this week, please..................?

    Yes forgot milk would be HE a choice. I do usually have 2 b choices but haven't been able to fit it in today.
