    now i'm the opposite Julie B it's always my face that goes down the last, not sure what i weighed in York (about a good 2- 2/12 stone lighter i think) i will have to look back in my food optomising book and see, when i started with SW i was 14 11 2/2 [msnembarrased]so slightly smaller than this picture

    i have been looking out for a recent picture but i'm really good at hiding from the camera and old habits die hard so there's not many of me
    there wouldn't have been this one if i had actually known that i was that big, but hey when you are very overweight it's easy to kid yourself that you are not so big

    Janny that sounds spot on to me, you are in the healthy weight range so very, very well done[clap][clap][clap]

    Mizzy you looked so much smaller when we met in York and I know you will be a 12-14 as you are so committed[clap]

    I must admit I now love clothes shopping and like many modern styles but I am very careful of not looking like mutton[msnscared]

    Well my diary today...so far and later planned

    2 weetabix with skimmed milk
    1 black coffee
    1 banana
    Homemade veg soup
    1 orange

    Dinner planned......chicken breasts in tomatoe and basil sauce, jacket potatoes and steamed veg.

    i know what you mean Sharon and even though i've still a fair bit to lose i can see how far i've come by looking at that photo[msnembarrased] i've just printed it off and stuck it on the fridge[msnsmile2]

    Julie, i think that you look good in your before photo but it's how you feel inside isn't it?, you can be a size 8 and not happy with your body, i think i'm about where you are on that photo now, i am happy and more confident than i was but i know there still some distance to travel on my weight loss journey[msnwink]

    my food diary for today is this

    usual brekkie of toast and ginger jam (2syns)
    banana, apple and museli yogurt for lunch (not ideal but not enough time)
    sweet potato wedges with sweet chilli beans and quorn sausages in the oven now for tea
    and planning on another yogurt and more fruit for supper, perhaps honeycomb bites later, well a girl needs her cadburys[msntongue]

    total 6 syns with the cadburys mini bites!

    well i still think you looked lovely on the photos, but its how you feel yourself, and probably when we all get to goal we will be extremely happy with what the scales say but we will probably wish there was a bit more off the bum or hips or this or that bit is a bit flabby, thats life,
    leisa you will get it off in no time i bet you enjoyed how it went on though
    well i havent even been to SW tonight my chest has been so sore and i started coughing this afternoon and ended up with a stonking headache so i lay down for a while, so i will just get cracking tomorrow and assume i put on so next week if i stay the same i will be pleased. its getting back into the routine, im sure all the goodies are gone so thats it back to basics pat

    Quick pop in as have lots of illness in the house tonight[msnsad]

    Happy to report 3.5lb off[clap][clap][clap], very happy with that and a good start to my goal of 1 stone by easter.

    Evening ladies, I have done one of my classes and had quite a few new members which is great[clap]

    Food diary for me, I am pleased to say another 100% green day....

    fruits and yog
    skinny lattes HE a's
    potato omelete made with 1 tbsp of oilve oil HE b
    chow mein home made = 4 syns
    HiFi bar HE b with vanila muller lite
    lots of water[angel]

    3 cadburys minatures = 6 syns

    total syns for today = 10
