Would be happy to take 5 lbs off by Easter. I tend to do it all so slowly!!!

i'm slow and steady too Sandra, the scenic route may take longer but the journey is very nice, lots of lovely stop offs along the way (cadburys world[msntongue] remember that one ladies?)[msnwink]and hey it's not that bad going, the scenic route still gave a me just over a 3 stone loss for last year[msnsmile2]

it's great if you can go fast and i'm happy for those lucky ones that do lose weight easily, but there's a lot to be said for the "plodders"

Mizzy I agree with you it takes me ages and I have to be really close to 100% for it to come off but I know people that FO only 75% and have great losses[msnwink]

Well done Sharon and Paul [clap]

Stuck to my planned food yesterday and went to the gym for an hour and a half [sporty]

My mouth is still very sore after my dentist visit yesterday. Had no end of people poking and prodding my gums. Some good and bad news most of my gums are no worse than last time but one area is giving cause for concern - and of course it's around one of my front teeth [msnscared] [msnscared]

    Food for today
breakfast - 2 oatibix and glass of orange juice
planned lunch - egg mayonnaise (tsp low cal mayo) & tomato on malted grain bap
planned dinner - chicken stir fry
extras - plums, apples, banana, activa yog, water and green tea
    another gym session [msneek]

    Morning ladies (and gents)

Welcome to all of you newcomers, glad to have you on board!

Having an excellent week food and exercise wise so hoping for a good loss this week. Mind you totm for me, for the first time in 8and a half years due to having injections which I've now stopped having! Tell me ladies[msnwink], I know sometimes that when you have totm, you don't show much of a weight loss, does that mean you just don't lose weight or does it just show the following week?

    Thanks,

    Julie B
