Well done Pat , at least there was some loss, better than staying the same, or even worse, gaining.[clap][msnsmile2]

2.5lbs off last night, which I'm more than happy with considering the amount of food I've been eating in th last week[msnsmile2]
Only 0.5lbs away from my Easter target now!!
Chris
Hello Guys
Well I feel a bit like the repentant sinner returning to the flock [msnscared] It has been a year since I was last on this thread but have bitten the bullet ( how many syns in that I wonder ) and have started to do all those things I should have done a year ago. If I had done it then I would not have as much to lose as I do now.
Anyway, I have booked a summer holiday which involves a lot of outdoor activites and healthy fresh air so I now need the body to enjoy it properly [msnsmile2]
Have been following the Slimming World diet this week and will weigh in on Monday. I have not joined my local group as I work in the week now but Lee has joined me on the diet and it is helping that we are doing it together.
Look forward to checking in with you guys for that added bit of encouragement.
Jan and Lee
Welcome back Jan [msnsmile]
Well done Chris and Pat [clap]
I lost half a pound this week too [msnsmile]
Food for yesterday wasn't good but I'll be honest and post it [msnembarrased]
breakfast - seriously oaty, glass of pomegranate juice (day started well)
lunch/dinner - rice, chips and curry sauce [msnembarrased] [msnembarrased]
This was because of a bit of a panic at work which meant we didn't get a proper lunch break. Our boss very kindly went out for food for us and instead of eating my pitta I gave in to the temptation
extras - I did eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water and did a super long session at the gym in an attempt to redeeem myself
Going to a friends tonight where we usually have a pizza supper but as we did this last week too I am going to be an [angel] and take myself some chicken tikka and salad to eat and limit my alchohol to a couple of glasses of wine and soda [beer]
Julie
Well done to Chris, Pat and Julieanne[clap][clap][clap][clap]
Jan welcome back, we will give you all the help you need and its so true what you said about doing it last year, but just think where you will be this time next year[clap][clap][clap] I know from my own experience as I started SW on 22 Feb 2006 after trying for years to go it alone, but now I can't think of doing it any other way[clap][clap][clap]
Have a good weekend all and Mizzy we are thinking of you and missing you[grouphug]
Well done Chris, way to go, and welcome back Jan - some of us are still struggling along while others are doing well and others have falled by the wayside!
