That's the way I would cook it if I was at home, but it tastes so much better from the local cafe!!

I am having a green day today as we are going out to a noodle bar for supper before taking the gals to see The Holiday (finally got a weekend evening when neither of them are doing anything!).
Had fruit, pumpernickel bread with cottage cheese, carrot, celery and cucumber so far, plus loads of green tea (yeuck, remind me never to buy this again, have gone back to hot water with lemon!), so will see what the restaurant has to offer.
have a lovely night Fiona[msnsmile]
Chris, it always tastes better when someone else cooks it for you, why is this? perhaps i can get a sponsorship to conduct my own personal study and come up with an answer[msnwink]
Julie, i'm a big green fan too and you can even buy quorn bacon now which is quite tasty, i'm planning on a big brekkie tommorrow, after a long beach walk it's good to come home and really enjoy something hot and tasty, btw mrs you are missing 1/2 a one of your healthy B's
tea for me is chicken breasts in red wine sauce with a bag of ready prepared steamed veg, dh has made himself a chicken vindaloo with onion bhajis, peshwari naan and a huge pile of rice which will be washed down with 5 possibly 6 cans of carlsberg export [msnoo] and he's still a skinny a**e, he can eat whatever he likes and not put on any weight, makes you want to be[sick]

hi everyone very busy yesterday and we were out last night at a charity night in memory of my best friend who died last june we raised more than £1200 for the freeman hospital in newcastle.
unfortunatly food choices from the buffet wasnt paticularly good but i had free food all day so it would compensate a bit, i only had 1 half of beer and the rest of the night still orange so that wasnt too bad.
welcome judy you wont fail with weight loss when you have all the guys on here to help you along they are great pat
