    Hello everyone,

Welcome Chris, this is a wonderful place to get motivation, inspiration and commiseration!!

Just having my lunch too, also cous cous, but with peppers and baby tomatoes, also all free on green!

Struggling a bit as DH seems to be on a mission of self destruct foodwise, won't even considered drawing breath until all the xmas food is gone, I have pointed out that it doesn't have to be him that eats it but has fallen on deaf ears unfortunately! I haven't succomed food wise (hard as it is when the person sitting next to you is eating chocolate!) but I am really tired this week and just cannot seem to haul myself out of my bed in the morning early enough to get on the treadmill[msnembarrased]. I am still walking the dogs everyday so I'm not being completely lazy but its not enough!

Lets hope things improve, I've only got 8 weeks and 4 days left!

    Julie B

wow a lot has happened during my morining walk!

    congrats to Sally and Sharon[clap][clap][clap]

Fiona you have a lot on at the minute so don't beat yourself up to much about what is just a number on the scales, i'm sure when you have a little more free time after the hospital runs have subsided you will be on super speed and those lbs will be dropping off mrs[grouphug]

Julieanne, i think you'll have plenty of motivation if you get some new dishy guys joining that gym of yours[msnwink]

Julie, can you tell me if this is good this morning i tried to keep a good pace whilst walking i did just under 3 miles in approx 40 -45 mins? that's mainly uphill and with the wind in my face all the way, is that any good?

well i've made my crumble but made with frozen mixed summer fruits (hard to syn but over estimated at 3 for the 250 gms) and swapped the topping for 1 healthy B porridge oats and used only 2 biscuits working out at 5 syns for the two, so total syn count will be 8 and as the desserts for 2 people that would be 4 syns per portion, looks a fairly big portion too[msntongue] will let you know how it tastes later

off now for lunch mushroom, pepper and onion omelette with sweet n crunchy salad

well just checking in with my food diary and i've got to say i've given it a 100% today

    green day

usual brekkie but 1 slice instead of 2 with ginger jam 1syn
    grapes for snack
veggie omelette with salad splash of extra light french dressing 1.5syn
favourite tea sweet pot wedges with quorn sausages and beans
mixed fruit crumble[msntongue]1 healthy B+4 syns and definately felt like more
vanilla muller light with added pinch of cinnamon which i gently warmed and had as a custard style topping to my crumble

    total 6.5syns[angel][angel][angel]

Julie, i would like the new chocolate covered bran flakes but as you know i am addicted to ginger jam and that will always come first, the odd bowl may sneak in though [msnwink]
