Hello Ladies,
Another good day for me yesterday, managed to resist all the choccies that the rest of the family were chomping on last night![angel]
Food diary as follows:
Porridge for brekkie
Apple mid morning
Tuna Salad (again! I know but I love it!)
Apple and frusili bar for pud
Rice with Chicken breast in tomato and basil sauce (home made concoction).
Together with 40 mins on treadmill. So a good day for me.
Feeling tired today, only been clear of my xmas cold for 3 days and I think its coming back, feeling a bit heady and achy!
Glad the classes are going well too julie, just wait till next week when everyone has finished all their xmas goodies and then decide they want to lose weight!
Nevermind julieanne, back on track now, it'll soon shift!
Well done Sally D.

Good evening all. Well I put on 1lb this week and have now gone out of target.I am now determined to loose 7lbs before we go to Florida on 22nd so have really got myself motivated. Back to basics with keeping a food diary. All going well today until we went to visit some friends and they produced crumpets for tea. I had one and was pleasantly surprised to find they are only 3 syns plus the butter, 4.5 syns in total.
I now just to keep it going for the next 16 days.
don't you worry about that lb at all Jill, it'll be gone in a flash, be positive and just remember how much you have acheived these last few months[clap][clap][clap]

sausage and red onion omelette
banana, museli yogurt
chicken breast in red wine sauce(syn free from aldi) with roasted veg
mini honeycomb bites

feeling good about myself today
Mizzy
Jill you will lose those extra pounds in no time as Mizzy has already said, its very common for recent target members to go out of target as it takes a while to find the balance of how to keep your body at your target weight - just keep going and you will be fine[clap] Its good to have you back[grouphug]
Julieanne well done Mrs for finally getting on those scales[clap] now you know what the damage is you can get on and deal with[msnwink]
Mizzy I noticed you had a red day too, I very rarely have them these days as I love the green days and find they work best for me, but my daughter wanted to try the sausage recipe from the new mag[msnsmile]
Pat thank you for the vote of confidence and glad to hear you are feeling a touch better[grouphug]
Julie B Yes next week is going to be busy I think, I have two classes from next week so I will let you know how many new members I get through the door[msnwink] Great food dairies too you are doing great girl[clap][sporty][clap][sporty]
Sharon, Sally, Kassie, Sheena, Janny and Fiona hope you have all had a good day[clap]
good morning everyone
well it's very cold and wet out there today but i'm planning on some serious dog walking so will have to get the waterproofs out, it's all uphill for the first 45mins so good for the legs and bum and boy do i need it [msnembarrased]
Julie B you keep freaking me out talking about sleeps to go as it seems so close this was and i can't remember exactly (again!) when you go but i know i'm going out shortly after you
i agree with you Julie i prefer green days but the odd red one does actually have better results for me, this week i need to get on track i didn't get a new years weigh in but the home scales said enough to scare the hell out of me[msnscared]
hope everyone is going to have a great weekend
Mizzy
