well done juli for staying the same, and i hope your class went well and mizzy 11/2 isnt a disaster. i put ilb on which is great for me as i usually am much worse, its given me the incentive to be very careful this week, we dont do anything for new year weve planned a chinese meal and thats about all, the family are back to work so everything is just like normal days really,we go to florida late february so i am looking to try and lose a stone for then its not impossible so ive got something to focus on, keep trying everyone pat[xmas1]

Well done all for keeping your losses down. I gained 1.5lbs which I was not surprised about but I'm still in target. Got to loose 6lbs in the next three weeks before we go off to Florida for five weeks. Sally is having our Tansy for the time we are are away for which we are very grateful. I know she will have a lovely time with them.

Hi Julie and ladies.
A quiet but interested reader of the ov slimming club and inspired by the conversation and advice.Bearing this in mind I hope that the lady who has put on so much weight does not read this and be mortified that her weight gain is a topic for discussion.

I too agree with twelvetree,the lady obviously didnt want to gain the weight otherwise she wouldnt be going to the class

Well a good day food wise, porridge, beans on granary toast, chicken stir fry and lots of fruit.
But I'm just home from the pub and have undone the good day with too many drinks [msnembarrased]
I am hopeful though that I won't have quite a 9lb gain to report [msnscared]

Just to keep this in perspective the lady in question enjoyed every minute of her weight gain, she planned for it, but is now back on track and in control and as she has a lot of weight to lose it is not a big deal.

But the moral here is she will continue with Slimming World as she has done over the past months and slowly but surely she will be slim - and how many people can say that[msnwink]

I admire all that you do on here and obviously you are an inspirational force but I do not think that chatting about ladies in your class or others is very professional.
