    [grouphug] [grouphug] Marie, but at least you had fun in Florida while most of that was going on...
    You'll soon be back to where you were I'm sure, one day at a time [grouphug]

    I had a good start to the week:
    porridge
    apple
    wholemeal pitta filled with chilli chicken, chopped peppers & pine nuts
    activia yoghurt
    banana
    handful of almonds
    salmon and sweetcorn
    fresh pineapple (gorgeous but I am paying today with a swollen mouth!)
    lots of water and green tea
    hour and a half at the gym [angel] [angel]

    Bad luck Marie, but it shows us doesn't it how easy it is for the weight to creep back on if we are not on the ball the time. Depressing as it is this is not something we can do for a while - I think we have all been here before, lose the weight and it (AND MORE) gradually comes back on.

    Have stuck - with only a few exceptions - rigourously to my success express diet and so far no signs of any weight off. I know I shouldn't weigh myself on my own scales but we shall see what the bad news is tonight. Last weigh in before our 2 weeks away, unless I go to one of the others next Monday - might do that as it will keep me on the straight and narrow for another week!

    Marie & Julie I think Monday is absolutely the worst day to be weighed as you have not had time to get the transgressions of the weekend off. My fave day is Thursday when you just about have time if you are very firm to get rid of any indulgences and obtain loss.

    Saw my plastic surgeon today re the reconstruction, have booked the date in August, and now just have to try and lose some more weight, but more importantly get more exercise to up the cardiovascular impact. So as dawdling round with the hounds due to elderly dog does not cut the mustard, looks as if it is time for either a third walk with the younger hound where I can power walk, skipping (I soooooo don't think so) or out comes the exercise DVD!

    thanks everyone for your support [grouphug] there's a lot going on in my life at the minute and i must try my hardest not to slip back into old habits, the days when i would reach for a chocolate bar to make me feel happier are hopefully in the past, this gain has been a combination of florida holiday, easter and the children being off school during a very stressful time, family wise for us

    like you say Fiona, tommorrow is another day [msnsmile2] and i'm feeling positive that i can turn this around[clap]

    Evening all, good day today and I have not put anything naughty in my mouth....

    fresh pineapple and vlf yog
    skinny lattes HE A's
    quorn sausages
    apple/banana
    quorn lasagne made with vlf fromage frais and 28 g of cheddar HE B
    muller light
    HiFi abr HE B
    lots of water

    got back to some formal exercise and did 30 mins hard work on treadmill and some weights[sporty]

    P.S Fiona I actually love weighing in on a Monday as its sets me up for the week and many of my members feel the same way, we are all differnt though so what works for some does not work for others[msnwink]

    well done Julie, i've not had anything naughty today either, the big gain has shocked me back into action and i'm feeling so much better just by eating properly

    weigh in on monday?, well i'd rather not but the alternative thursday class that my consultant offers is too far away for me, i'm still not allowed to drive so i'd need a taxi or lift

    been a good day for me, i'm writing everything down and been out walking the longer walks with Olly [sporty]

    food diary for me today

    usual brekkie of toast and jam (2syns)
    banana
    batchelors 95% fat free super noodles
    quorn sausages mash and garden peas
    2 finger dark choc kit kat 5 syns

    Well it's my last day at work today. Going straight to hotel at Gatwick after. I'm hoping that I can at least stay on track a bit while I'm away. Anybody got any tips ?
