Thank you Marie, Elaine, Pamela, Julie and Julie for your[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]it really did help.

I am positive the scales were wrong today as I had stayed the same according to the SW scales and my friend had lost 3lbs that she did not think she had!! Well the truth will tell next week. It actually did me good with the scales staying the same, as I need to get down to it this week just in case the scales were wrong!! Yuk[msncry]

Getting the negativity out of my head so food today was

    1 Banana
Wholemeal egg sandwich with extra light mayo, grapes, banana.
Batchelors Chilli Thai Pasta with SW Tuna 5 syns
Melon, strawberries, plums, pears, fruit salad with low fat cottage cheese
1 Chocolate Snack o Jack with camomile tea (at bedtime)

I need to get back to my book and start looking and writing down things properly. It is easy for the syns to add up.

Anyway, thank you again for all your support. Have sent you a PM Pamela.

    Sandra

Sandra, good to hear you sounding more positive today [msnsmile] well done you!

My food for yesterday (possibly need to cut down on the bread):

    porridge
    grapes
egg mayo & tomato on malted grain
choc ice [msnembarrased] [msnembarrased] (a work colleague bought us all one and it would have melted/gone to waste if I'd refused)
lots of grilled lean bacon & tomato on malted grain
    activia yoghurt
    pear
    handful of almonds
    long hard gym session [msneek]

Weigh in this morning - stayed the same which was to be expected I suppose. Not looking good for my target for my hols though [msncry]

Julieanne, you are doing so well, staying the same is good because it means you're staying in control, i'm sure with all the effort you put in you will see a loss next week [clap]

it's been a so so day for me i perhaps left it a little too late to eat and it was tea time before i'd even had lunch, couldn't wait for tea to cook so whilst it was cooking i had a extra healthy B

but focusing on the positive i'm still well in control of what food is going into my mouth[msnsmile]

it's been quiet, where is everyone today?

Had a very controlled day eating from the plan. I am also back to writing things down which seems to be helping.

Oh dear - I think I'm in holiday mode already. Had my first takeaway since January today ( bear in mind we used to have 2-3 per week)
King prawn curry and thai style chow mein! Anybody know how many sins in that ?

By the way it was from the chinese.

Evening all, Pam I am joining you in the sin bin! Had to be in Oxford this am for consultant appointment, managed to only have a banana and black tea for breakfast, then tuna nicoise for lunch, blew it for supper with a takeaway. I want to know how you can have the 1/3 protein and carbs and 2/3 freefood with a curry!!! So I compromised and had small portion of rice and chicken dhansak with large portion of mushrooms and some salad. And to top it off a glass of wine. Have my appointment with my plastic surgeon on Monday so will now have confess my shortcomings on the diet front, will be planning the date of my op, I am thinking July. ED needs more scans etc and no op for the moment, everything needs time to calm down after the radiotherapy. So still deaf one side and we will see how this goes.

    Hi Fiona

I think you can be excused with all that is going on in your life at the moment! I'm sure I would be much worse.
