hi all im sorry i havent been on here for a couple of weeks,im afraid i havent been able to deal with the family problems very well without getting upset.there were other things that were very public in the newspapers for over a week that just kept bringing everything back.and as you can guess i have been comfort eating which resulted in a 3lb gain on thursday. i expected more really. i keep telling myself to get back into it, but the demon in my brain (if ive got one ) seems to be stopping me. but its monday morning and i will try to have a new start, i admire the ladies on here who had a lot of problems in their lives and still managed to stay pretty well focused on their eating plan. it does make me feel a bit of a failure, so i need to turn into a success, and i hope everyone will encourage me, as you all did before i went on holiday.i do feel i am ready to chat again so i will keep up now with everyone on here.
the ladies who have been on holiday have you been weighed yet.if not good luck when you do.

Well I did not achieve my Easter goal but I am going to set a new one for my holiday/summer so I want to lose 1 stone by 1 August that 4 months[sporty][sporty][sporty]
