Hi everyone,

Mizzy, lovely to hear you having a lovley time in Florida ( my turn next week[msnwink]).

Well sad to report no weight loss for me these last FOUR weeks[msncry] but will keep trying. 6 days left before we go to Florida[msnsmile2] so will try my hardest ( abit late I hear some of you say !!) busy weekend as well. Its our <span style="colorurple">first wedding anniversary </span id="purple"> tomorrow and going to York for a celebration meal![msneek] I cant believe that its a year since we got married, how time flies.

Fiona don't worry our area consultant who came with her scales last night said in her 15 years of being with SW she had never known it happen before -I am positive yours is a loss.Keep going you are on the right track.[msnsmile2]

As for me, well I gained 1 pound. I think I know why. For the past 4 weeks we have been out evry day for lunch and dinner at various functions etc. I have been extra careful and even maanged to lose 0.5lbs. However, this past week has not been so busy, so I think I relaxed a little and found a box of chocolates I have had since last October when I started SW. I decided to open them and limit myself to 2 per evening - well, it actually got to 3/4 for 3 evenings this last week. That and a mistake with creme fraich instead of fromage frais has shown up today at weigh in, so my experiment with the chocolate has stopped from today!!!

Well done to everyone who has lost this week, there seems to be a lot of you. Great job.

Well I've lost 1 and a half pounds over the last 2 weeks - that take me half way to my easter target - even though I will not reach that target I have to be pleased with any loss!
