i know you must be totally gutted Pam [grouphug] but now's the time when you have to be strong and keep focused, our bodies are complicated and unexplained weight gains do happen and i know it's infuriating[msnmad] you need to remind yourself how far you have come and move forward positively, you can do this[clap][clap][clap]
Chris, you'll need to be extra good this week, sometimes getting away with having a bad week can play "catch up" as gains can show the week after[msneek]

i did a session of trying on holiday clothes yesterday and i'm doing ok, no tears or anything which makes a change for me, i've sorted out the clothes for packing and for the actual flight and i think i'll be feeling a lot more comfortable this year
