Old Town is definately worth a look for a different night out - especially if you go on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday. They have the classic car and bike nights plus a few bars and, for the adrenalin seakers amongst you, Skycoaster, Slingshot and G-Force.
Pegasus
Pleasure Island is always a good bet. They are refurbishing it at the moment but should be finished by the time you go. Plenty of themed clubs there.

Thanks for the replys, sounds great, as I said, we're not looking for a 'sleazy' night, just a good atmosphere. So it soulds like a ride in a limo down to Pleasure Island and celebrate 'new year'. haha

My suggestion would be go for a meal at Bahama Breeze and then walk across to Howl at the Moon afterwards (International drive) - it is amazing - thru the week it is relatively tame - dualing pianos etc - on a weekend verrrry lively - a bit of a boozy do - pub/stage games - bar staff dancing on the bars/tables - drinking games - great music - took me back to my "beer keller" days - cant wait to go back. may need a designated driver or a taxi!!!
Ah, sounds good! Never really been to international drive before. That sounds like good fun though, may need to extend the stag do to 2 nights haha
