I don't really know what you mean by how far away is phase 2, but if you mean in distance it is right behind phase 1, or if you mean in time it is being built right now.

The first phase has been completed and I can confirm that is a lovely peaceful development. the building work on phase two doesn't seem to impact on the completed building at all.
