I have attached some of the pictures I took in Universal Horror nights a couple of nights ago.
You were not allowed to take photography of the halloween houses that you entered, but here are some from outside the areas.
Also just to let others know what to expect when you do go to these special events.
The opening time on some of the nights is 6.30pm till midnight and on the weekend it is 6.30pm til 2.00pm.
If you want to be able to see everything it would be best to go on the weekend, although again they probably let quite a number of people in.
We entered just as the park was opening and we didn't get to see half of the haunted houses, and we did not daudle either.
The firework display was a complete let down for us, this is compared to disney, it seems the lake in Universal is really not geared up for the large fireworks display for safety reasons I suppose.
As the advert always states on the website it is only really for ages 13 and over, They really do give you a scare in some of the houses. and my 12 year old didn't want to go in the last few.
Some of the organisation is a bit disorganised, They first ferried you around to the right hand side to get you to go in the first house, but by doing this they then put the waiting time to enter the houses up to about 45/60 mins wait and believe me it ended up being a lot longer than that. By doing this you really didn't have a chance of not being in a queue of anything under 30 mins.
But the shows were great fun and the make up etc was brillant. For the adults this is a great night out as you can enter the clubs in citywalk for reduced prices after as well.
