    Hand Baggage Again!

Another silly question I know but I am a bit confused. There are just 2 of us travelling - if my son takes the standard size bag on the plane, can I also take my handbag?

Yes, each passenger can take one bag, no larger than the permitted sizes

Thanks Shirley - it suddenly dawned on me that the restrictions applied to each passenger - I am a wally. As long as I can have my beloved bag with all the junk in it (minus any liquids of course) all will be well on Saturday. I often wondered what other people take on the plane don't you? I simply must have some tissues, a good book and headache pills and before I always had a bottle of water.

I am doing the same Lisi. Me and my son fly on Monday and I will be taking my hand bag with all that i need [msnwink] and my son will have the standard size suitcase for his allowance.

Don't care about the mascara. I can't go anywhere without my lippy.[msnwink]

Oh good - thought lippy was still banned! When I rang BA they just told me no liquids - so son will have to buy his duty free whisky on the plane!

You can still buy Duty Free and water airside and take them onto the plane[msnsmile2], just not allowed to take any liquids through the central seach facility. You'll see the info at the airport.
