Best airlines please

Hi

I am thinking about taking my family to Orlando at the end of June for 2 or 3 weeks.

A quick check of the established airline suggest this may be price prohibitive (there's 5 of us) can you recommend any reasonably priced airlines please?

Try clicking on the "Flights To Florida" button at the top of the page they are usually pretty good on prices

There are numerous choices you can make.

To start there is chartered and scheduled. Sometimes chartered flights can be much cheaper than scheduled flights, if you are planning to go 7/14/21 nights this can be cheaper to book the fly drive option, and book the car hire and villa through here, than going directly onto their flight option.

Or another option is scheduled flights. Virgin,BA and many more do scheduled flight everyday to Orlando, you then have the option to go between 3 days and 31 days etc. If you you choose the scheduled flights you then can also choose to go direct flight to Orlando or the indirect route via New York or Houston etc. this again can be a cheaper option.

You can search various different flight sites as well as the flight companies direct, it takes a while and hunting around different websites can give you the best deals.

We have travelled with numerous travel companies and just as many airlines.

All down to individuals, some people like Virgin, others BA and others the charters which tend to be cheaper although Virgin are doing some good deals at the minute.

A minor point, but may sway your choice, the charters tend to go to Sanford, Scheduled to Orlando International, the difference in driving time is about half an hour

You have a choice of airlines DELTA is good but you have to book 6 months in advance to get a reasonable price also you do not get a direct flight but not a problem as lots to do at atlanta .
