    Help with tickets!

    Hey Guys.

Going to Orlando this Friday (22nd August)

I am just wondering where would be the best place in Orlando too pick up cheap 1 day tickets too Magic Kingdom & MGM Studios? I have already got a 14day 5park FLEX ticket for the universal parks but I am interested in doing those 2 disney parks for 1 day each. I have heard horror storys about the Booths you see in shopping malls etc, I was there in April this year and Paid $50 per day for each disney park but I heard you can get it cheaper?

    Hi Andy

There are plenty of "booths" in and around Orlando, offering cheap deals on Disney Tickets - some are above board but some have hidden costs / conditions etc - like Time Share visits etc.

Disney have taken great steps to "control the flow" of tickets - their parks are popular enough without having to offer discounts.

The only sure fire way to be sure is to purchase the tickets at the gate or via a good source such as your Tour Operator - you might feel that you are paying more - but at least you know that your money will be safe and you will be allowed admission.

The only other thing I would suggets is that you purchase a Hopper Pass that gives you access to all the parks for a certain number of days, not sure if they still do a 3 day, but usually its 5 days.

These "days" never run out so even if you only visit for 2 days this trip, you can carry them over for your next one.

They will clearly cost more up front but they will be cheaper in the long run.

Andy, I have always been told that you can only get one day tickets at the gate.

As DMC says it might well pay you to buy a park hopper ticket as days never expire, so can be used on future visits. Have a look at the link from this site to Orlando Park Tickets. Their prices are very good I believe you can get them delivered to your villa as you will be pushed for time to have them arrive here before you go.

    Have a great time[8D]
