    Keys - Locked in Car

    Hi all

For the very 1st time I've done the one thing that everyone does not want to do! Locked the keys in the car .
Phoned Dollar no trouble locksmith on his way . $45.

Answer to this is not put keys in ignition and then press a button you havn't noticed before!! [msnsmile2] [msnsmile2].

I think most people have done that at least once (not necessarily in Florida) - but doing it once usually means that you never make that mistake again!

If you rented through us, and you have your receipt we may be able to get the $45 back for you. I can't promise, but it has been known on several occasions even if it is deemed your fault.

If so, email me at info@uscarhire.co.uk with your rental agreement number and also keep your receipt. It's worth a try!

We managed to lock the keys in the car with the car running on our first trip in 1995.

Thank my lucky stars it was him and not me who done that [msnwink]

Did that, twice on the same trip, both times with engine running. I hasten to add, it was not me but HIMSELF who did it. I enjoyed a few Belinis while waiting for the locksmith the second time.

Been there, done that and I suppose it happens quite frequently. Luckily it was DH that did it for us or I would have never heard the end of it.
