    Flywho- Delayed again

Went to Place in Sun Exibition at NEC on Friday, and found out at the Birmingham Airport stand that Flywho have delayed 'take off' again !!!

I know we were talking about this a while ago, and assume that anyone who booked will know about it, but this is to warn others that may have been planning to go with them in the future.

And yet there website seems to offer flights for October 14th (not followed it right through).

This seems like a very troubled airline!

Just double checked their site again, out of curiosity, they are now selling flights from March 2007 onwards - glad we didn't book for Christmas. This is a quote from the website:

    <blockquote id="quote" class="ffs">quote:
We appreciate that cancelled flights give rise to anger, disappointment and frustration; in fact a whole range of emotions.

The sales team who answer your calls are there to help and assist you as best they can. A cancelled flight is neither their fault nor responsibility.

Callers who are rude, abusive, aggressive and threatening will not be tolerated. Such calls will be terminated and all future communication be conducted by correspondence.

We trust you will understand the spirit in which this note is intended.

I certainnly wouldn't/won't be giving any of my money and custom to a company with such a disgraceful "Customer service". People have booked and paid in full for flights after Christmas and made other arrangements, accommodation etc on the strength of it and they should be doing all they can to resolve it not warning them to mind their p's and q's.

I would not give them a penny until they have got up and running. Seems they keep delaying all the time.

Perhaps they should change the name to Flywhen [msnwink]

I don't think I'd be parting with any money until they have been up and running for a while and I can be assured the service will operate as intended.

I watched Watchdog this evening and it was about this company. They have no ATOL certificate. Have never even had a single plane in the air. Threatened one of the Watchdog complainants with no refund if they pursued their complaint and lets say are "dragging their heels" with refunds.
From what I saw they have no future whatsoever.
