    Manchestser Hotels

Hope someone can help here. Have done a search and cannot find the answer. The question is:

Can you name a cheap/cheerful hotel that do family suites near Manchester airport?

We are 5 adults (2 couples + one single) with 1 year old baby.

Thanks in advance for any advice. Will check this out a little later as I have to dash off for now.

I found Travelodge at Manchester Airport really good. Cost £28 per room, can be even cheaper if booked early enough. Try http://www.travelodge.co.uk.

i would say the travel lodge too you could easily split into two rooms as the prices are very good

hotels now have strict regulations as to how many people they can accomadate in one room so you may find it a struggle to find a family suite that will accomodate 5 adults and a baby

There are several Premier Travels Inns near the airport and they all do family rooms, but it would be one couple in one room and the couple with the baby in another[msnwink]max is 4 per room I think.

If you go to Premier Travel Inn try Cheadle rather than the Airport as it is a bit cheaper-on site there as well you have a Beefeater and a TGIF--If you go to the Travel Inn at Heald Green there is a restaurant on site and an Indian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant within walking distance. All local taxi firms will take you to the airport -the journey should take between 5-10 minutes whichever one you choose.
