Yes we have them done at Downtown Disney last year.

There is a shop in the Grosvenor Centre in Chester that does these, but I have no idea how much they are.

They do look fantastic!

dont go to universal.....go to epcot near honey i shrunk the kids or magic kingdom mission space....


universal is poor crystals i got it done 4 times and still aaron face is scarred looks like they tried to modify his face it looks terrible
