Cumbrian Lakes Villa Reduced Open to Offers

Hi Everybody

Cheryl and I are selling our luxury villa on Cumbrian Lakes due to the fact that we are emigrating to Australia at the end of the year. Is anybody interested or knows of anybody who is looking for a villa? We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with South facing pool. It overlooks the lake and we have extended the decking. It is located in a cul-de-sac and is on one of the largest plots on Cumbrian Lakes.
We are selling it for the reduced price of $325,000 - but are willing to accept any reasonable offers.
