just a quick question, how long does a company need to be established in the UK to apply for an L-1 visa

This will have to be a minimum of 1 year, since you have to have been employed in an Executive position within the company for at least 1 year (out of the last 3 years) to apply for an L-1a.

Also, since you need to show detailed accounts for the UK company, this would be difficult to do if the company has not been around for over a year.
