This subject has reared it's ugly head again as I am now a bit worried that the seats that we have pre-booked are in fact near a galley.

posts on another site refer to people at the rear of the plane getting food served first. I can't see from the picture of the plane interior where the galleys are but as I've mentioned before the smell of cooking does make my daughter feel ill and we don't want to be near a galley/or on the wing if at all possible.

We have pre-booked 57ABC on vs073 from Glasgow on 7/7, can anyone advise?

    Thanks

    Elaine

You should try Business Class with BMI they have a chef[msnwink]

BMI is the only airline offering on board chefs on transatlantic service! Business class here comes with its very own chef! Each chef also has training as a flight attendant as well as at least four years work experience in the culinary arts. Once airborne, the BMI chef changes from the traditional flight attendant uniform to chef whites. He makes his rounds to meet every passenger in business class and see how they would like their meal prepared. And, he can make most modifications necessary to please even the most finicky flyers![msnsmile2]

That means he varies the microwave timings!

Not quite Robert, hubby had a lovely pan fried seared tuna steak and a warm salad going out (could have staek, chicken and much more) and coming back eggs fried/scrambled etc and bacon and real toast[msnwink]
